AsureLink is an enterprise telecom continuity platform developed by ICTEurope.

It transforms traditional PBX environments into true Active-Active systems, ensuring calls remain active even during server failure, maintenance or network disruption.

The Challenge in Modern VoIP

Most VoIP infrastructures still depend on a primary PBX with a passive standby. Although redundancy exists on paper, real-world failures cause dropped calls, re-registrations and service disruption.

In environments such as healthcare, logistics, emergency coordination and enterprise contact centers, communication downtime directly impacts operations. Availability must be continuous — not restored afterwards.

Active-Active by Design

AsureLink introduces synchronized SIP signaling between PBX systems. Endpoints register simultaneously while dialog state is mirrored in real time. Both Asterisk servers operate as one logical telephony platform.

When a PBX node disappears, media and signaling already exist on the secondary node. No renegotiation, no call drop, and no user awareness of failure.

Carrier-Grade Architecture

AsureLink operates transparently within existing SIP ecosystems. No proprietary endpoints are required. The platform integrates with Asterisk infrastructures, SIP trunks and distributed telecom networks.

By duplicating signaling paths and maintaining dialog awareness across nodes, AsureLink brings carrier-level resilience into enterprise deployments.
